Question of the Day

If you eat two packets of Quaker Weight Control oatmeal and you mix it with tons of grapes, raisins and berries and then you put cinnamon sugar on top - is it still weight control?

What about if you wash it down with 3 cups of coffee over the course of the morning?

I'm thinking probably not - but yum!

That is not as bad as the folks who order a big mac combo with a diet coke !

I actually think I have done that in the past (back in my meat-eating days) and I am pretty sure I even up-sized the fries with it! HA HA HA! Diet coke is just sooooo good and so bad for you too!
